Banka’s Fuldidumar Tops April Circle Offices Ranking In Bihar, Patna Sadar makes Major Leap

Patna: The Revenue and Land Reforms Department of Bihar has released the April rankings of its 534 circle offices, with Fuldidumar in Banka district emerging as the top performer. The rankings aim to improve public service delivery through healthy competition among the state’s revenue offices.

Lakshmipur in Jamui secured the second position, followed by Khodbandpur in Begusarai, which jumped from 10th place last month to third. In contrast, Dulhin Bazar in Patna was ranked the lowest, placing 534th.

Patna Sadar showed the most dramatic improvement, surging from 296th in March to 10th in April. Other notable gainers included Dumaria in Gaya, which rose from 143rd to seventh, and Chhodadano in East Champaran, climbing from 156th to 11th.

The rankings are based on a 100-point system evaluating multiple metrics such as Parimarjan Plus (25 points), mutation (20), Abhiyan Basera-2 (15), Aadhaar seeding (2.5), online LPC (2.5), e-measurement (15), encroachment settlement (5), jamabandi (5), and entry and verification of government land (10). Parimarjan Plus carries the highest weight.

Fuldidumar scored 84.40 points, followed by Lakshmipur with 80.62 and Khodbandpur with 80.01. At the other end of the spectrum, Dulhin Bazar managed only 31.82 points.

Speaking on the rankings, Revenue and Land Reforms Minister Sanjay Saraogi said, “The monthly reviews are helping zone offices improve their services. This competitive spirit ensures that citizens receive timely and efficient services.”
