Patna: A one-day workshop on “Financial Management” was organized by the state Home Department in the auditorium of the Prosecution Directorate, Patna. The event was held under the direction of the Secretary, Home Department, and was attended by withdrawal and disbursement officers from all district prosecution offices, except those from Purnia and Sheohar.
The workshop aimed to provide training on key financial management systems, including the Treasury Code, Bihar Finance Manual, HRMS (Human Resource Management System), CFMS (Comprehensive Financial Management System), and the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal.
Guest faculty members included Rajesh Prasad Yadav, Senior Internal Financial Advisor, Home Department; Manoj Kumar, Senior Treasury Officer, Finance Department; Ashutosh Kumar, Deputy Director, GeM Portal; and Suchita Kumari Singh, Cluster Account Manager, GeM Portal. They provided in-depth training on the respective subjects.
The event was also attended by Sudhanshu Kumar Choubey, Additional Secretary-cum-Director-in-Charge of the Prosecution Directorate, along with other officers and employees of the directorate.
