Patna: The Natraj Nritya Club of Patna Women’s College (Autonomous), affiliated with Patna University, hosted a vibrant cultural showcase titled “Ritambhara: The Voice of Ghungroo” at B.J. Sullivan Hall, highlighting the expressive beauty and rhythm of classical dance.
The event opened with a traditional Pushpanjali—an offering of flowers to Lord Natraj—performed by Mrs Enakshi Dey Vishwas, the club’s coordinator, along with co-coordinator Ms Komal Kumari and assistant cultural coordinator Ms Kriti Rani. The invocation set a spiritually enriching tone for the evening.

Students Parno Shree, Adya, Keya, Somya, and Swastika performed a series of captivating pieces that combined technical skill with storytelling, engaging the audience through expressive movements. An impromptu group performance and interactive segments further energized the hall, encouraging participation from attendees.
Mrs Enakshi Dey Vishwas concluded the programme by praising the performers and stressing the importance of preserving classical art forms. The formal vote of thanks was delivered by Vagisha Bariyar, a fourth-semester Business Administration student.

The event was widely regarded as a success, reflecting the college’s commitment to nurturing cultural talent and promoting holistic development among its students.
