Bhagalpur: Two children drowned in Bhagalpur after heavy rains triggered flooding in the district on September 6.
The victims, identified as Raja, 12, and Rabal Kumar, 13, were residents of Ajmeripur village under Nathnagar police station. They were among three children who were caught in the rising floodwaters. While two lost their lives, one child remains in critical condition.
Local authorities confirmed the incident and said rescue efforts were carried out immediately after the children were reported missing. The tragedy has left the community in shock as families cope with the sudden loss.
